Southern Aromas

Discover the rich flavours of South Indian our Southern Aromas course at Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy. This program offers an immersive introduction to the diverse regional cuisines of South India. Participants receive a complimentary starter kit, including an apron and a recipe filer. Upon successful completion, trainees will be awarded a certificate, commemorating their culinary journey.

This program consists of:

  • Kitchen basics, equipment and ingredient recognition
  • Cutting techniques
  • Cooking Techniques
  • Kitchen Safety

Regional cuisine covered:

  1. Hyderabadi
  2. Chettinad
  3. Malabar

Program Details:

Timings: The classes run 2 days a week for 1.5 hours, where students start their class with a brief and then proceed towards their practical, Saturday through Sunday.

Course Duration: The program duration is 8 weeks

Campus: Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy, Hazratganj, Lucknow

All equipment, ingredients and protective gear are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
