Chocolate Making

The arts of fine chocolate making at the basics and the advanced level can be mastered under the guidance of expert chocolatiers in this course. The course includes on introduction to the basics of chocolate making and the more advanced truffles and filled chocolates.

This program consists of:

  • Kitchen basics, equipment and ingredient recognition
  • Cutting techniques
  • Cooking Techniques
  • Kitchen Safety

Regional cuisine covered:

  1. Tempering of chocolates
  2. Holding of chocolates
  3. Nut chocolates
  4. Filled Chocolates
  5. Truffles

Program Details:

Timings: The classes run 2 days a week for 1.5 hours, where students start their class with a brief and then proceed towards their practical, Saturday through Sunday.

Course Duration: The program duration is 8 weeks

All equipment, ingredients and protective gear are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
