The Mediterranean region has a rich and varied cuisine. The European, the North African and the Asia Monor Cuisines have appealed too the tastes buds all over the world. here a trainee gets to learn the popular and the well known dishes from this reggion.

This program consists of:

  • Kitchen basics, equipment and ingredient recognition
  • Cutting techniques
  • Cooking Techniques
  • Kitchen Safety

Regional cuisine covered:

  1. Middle Eastern Cuisine
  2. Mediterranean

Program Details:

Timings: The classes run 2 days a week for 1.5 hours, where students start their class with a brief and then proceed towards their practical, Saturday through Sunday.

Course Duration: The program duration is 8 weeks

Campus: Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy, Hazratganj, Lucknow

All equipment, ingredients and protective gear are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
