Program Details:

Timings: The classes run 2 days a week for 1.5 hours, where students start their class with a brief and then proceed towards their practical, Saturday through Sunday.

Course Duration: The program duration is 8 weeks

Campus: Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy, Hazratganj, Lucknow

All equipment, ingredients and protective gear are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
