Cakes & Bakes Adv
Our Cakes & Bakes Adv program is for anyone with a basic baking program diploma or a fair knowledge of baking. In this program, advanced techniques of baking are discussed and practiced, which include fancy cakes, fancy breads, cookies and biscuits, tarts and pies, cheesecakes and many more baked delights.
This program includes both with egg and eggless recipes. We urge students to check with the faculty regarding egg substitutes, wherever possible. A certificate will be awarded on completion of the program.

- Kitchen basics, equipment and ingredient recognition
- Cutting techniques
- Cooking Techniques
- Kitchen Safety
- Cakes
- Breads
- Cookies & Biscuits
- Tarts & Pies
- Choux pastries
- Cupcake & Muffins
Program Details:
Timings: The classes are run 2 days a week for 1.5 hours, where students start their class at with a brief and then proceed towards their practical, Saturday through Sunday.
Course Duration: The program duration is 7 weeks
Campus: Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy, Hazratganj, Lucknow
All equipment, ingredients and protective gear are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
