About this Program
The One-Year Professional Program in Culinary Arts is a complete course in Hotel and Restaurant kitchen training that will prepare the candidate for a job in the Restaurant/Hotel industry.
The course includes both theoretical as well as practical knowledge of food production, kitchen management, menu planning, kitchen planning etc. that are indispensable for any chef.
On completion of this course, the candidates would be able to successfully start their culinary journey as a kitchen professional and work in the Kitchens of Hotels/Restaurants as a Chef and lead a group of Chefs along with efficiently handling jobs like menu planning, recipes development, cost control and inventory management. The Academy placement cell also offers placement assistance to the students at the end of the program.
