The Course is all about learning the regional delicacies of the country. From North to South, East to West, each regional cuisine has been touched upon in this course to give an introduction to the regional cuisines of India.

This program consists of:

  • Kitchen basics, equipment and ingredient recognition
  • Cutting techniques
  • Cooking Techniques
  • Kitchen Safety

  1. Rajasthani Cuisine
  2. South Indian Cuisine
  3. Punjabi Cuisine
  4. Mughlai Cuisine
  5. Awadhi Cuisine (Uttar Pradesh)
  6. Hyderabadi Cuisine
  7. Bengali Cuisine
  8. Maharashtrian Cuisine
  9. Bihari Cuisine
  10. Goan Cuisine
  11. Sindhi Cuisine
  12. Gujarati Cuisine

Program Details:

Timings: The classes run 2 days a week for 1.5 hours, where students start their class with a brief and then proceed towards their practical, Saturday through Sunday.

Course Duration: The program duration is 8 weeks

Campus: Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy, Hazratganj, Lucknow

All equipment, ingredients and protective gear are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
