Our Around the World program is a basic introduction to the popular authentic cuisines from all across the world. You’ll learn to cook and recognize flavours and specialties from different parts of the world. 

The program consists of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. 

A certificate will be awarded on completion of the program.

  • Cutting techniques
  • Cooking Techniques
  • Kitchen Safety

World Cuisines to be coverd:

  1. Italian
  2. Chinese
  3. Thai
  4. Lebanese
  5. American
  6. French
  7. North African
  8. Mexican
  9. Pan Asia

Program Details:

Timings: The classes are run 2 days a week for 1.5 hours, where students start their class with a brief and then proceed towards their practical, Saturday through Sunday.

Course Duration: The program duration is 9 weeks

Campus: Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy, Hazratganj, Lucknow

All equipment, ingredients and protective gear are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
