Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated by the payment partner – Razorpay, sign-up process and refund policies for Payment Service, www.pbcaonline.com has no obligation to provide refunds for any other Services.

4.1. Pay Online
We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit or Debit card in INR. If you make a payment for our courses on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Any use or access by anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited, due to the level of Information, Knowledge and Skills set imparted. Further, in cases wherein the customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall use the services, support & guidance of Major for making the online payment and use of the website as per the Terms prescribed.
4.2. Refund Policy
If you are found to be in violation of www.pbcaonline.com conditions or otherwise violate the Terms of Use, your Services will be terminated and you will not be issued a refund.

No person who is not a party to this User Agreement shall have any right to enforce any term of this User Agreement. If these Terms & Conditions are translated into any language other than English, whether on the ‘Site’ or otherwise, the English text shall prevail.
8. Governing Law
India is our country of domicile. These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, Government of India’s law. This clause will survive any expiry of these Terms & Conditions for any reason.
