Our Cakes & Bakes Professional program is designed for those who have completed a basic baking course or possess solid baking knowledge, this advanced program dives deeper into the art of baking.
In this program, you master sophisticated techniques for creating exquisite cakes, artisanal breads, gourmet cookies, biscuits, tarts, pies, cheesecakes, and a variety of other baked delights.
This program includes both with egg and eggless recipes. We urge students to check with the faculty regarding egg substitutes, wherever possible. A certificate will be awarded on completion of the program.
