Our Cakes & Bakes Beg program is an introduction to the basics of baking. You will get to understand the science involved in the baking processes, which helps in mastering the techniques.
Varied bakery products included in the program provide you thorough knowledge of all the processes involved. We cover bread making, biscuit making, cakes, rolls, puffs, tarts and many more baked delicacies.
This program includes both with egg and eggless recipes. We urge students to check with the faculty regarding egg substitutes, wherever possible. A certificate will be awarded on completion of the program.
