Our Cakes & Bakes Advanced program is for anyone with a basic baking program diploma or a fair knowledge of baking.
In this program, advanced techniques of baking are discussed and practiced, which include fancy cakes, fancy breads, cookies and biscuits, tarts and pies, cheesecakes and many more baked delights.
This program includes both with egg and eggless recipes. We urge students to check with the faculty regarding egg substitutes, wherever possible. A certificate will be awarded on completion of the program.
